We collect personal information you voluntarily submit through our contact form, limited technical data generated automatically when you download the PDF work sample, and anonymous usage data collected by Google Analytics 4:

Form submissions on this site are handled by Formspree (formspree.io), which acts as a data processor on our behalf. Formspree securely forwards your submission to our inbox and stores it temporarily on their servers. Formspree's privacy policy is available at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.
When you download the PDF work sample, we use ipapi.co (ipapi.co) to determine your approximate geographic location (city, region, country) based on your IP address. This lookup is performed automatically at the time of download and is used solely to log the download event. The resulting data (IP address and location) is included in the download notification sent to our inbox via Formspree. ipapi.co's privacy policy is available at ipapi.co/privacy/.
We use Microsoft Clarity (clarity.microsoft.com) to record anonymous session data including how visitors navigate, scroll, and interact with pages. This may include session recordings and heatmaps. Clarity automatically masks all sensitive text entered into forms before sending any data to Microsoft's servers — no personal information typed by visitors is captured. This data is used exclusively to improve the usability and layout of the site. Microsoft Clarity's privacy policy is available at privacy.microsoft.com/privacystatement.
We use Google Analytics 4 (analytics.google.com) to collect anonymous usage data about how visitors interact with this site. This includes pages visited, session duration, device type, country of origin, and traffic source. This data is used exclusively to improve the website experience and to distinguish real human visitors from automated bots — it is not used for advertising, profiling, or any other commercial purpose. In addition to the above, our hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information required to operate, secure, and deliver this website. This includes providers involved in web hosting, DNS resolution, SSL/TLS certificates, and content delivery. This processing is limited to what is technically necessary and is not used to identify or track individual visitors.

Google Analytics cookies do not contain personally identifiable information and are not used to track you across other websites or for advertising purposes.
Contact form submissions received via email are retained for as long as necessary to address your inquiry. If no ongoing business relationship follows, data is deleted within a reasonable timeframe.
PDF sample download logs (IP address, location, timestamp, and network information) are retained for approximately 10 days to 2 months, after which they are deleted. These records are used solely to monitor access to the work sample and are not shared with any third party.
Microsoft Clarity data (session recordings and heatmaps) is retained for up to 13 months on Microsoft's servers, after which it is automatically deleted. All data is anonymous and no personal information from forms is included.
Google Analytics data is retained for a maximum of 6 months, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's servers. This data is anonymous and aggregated — it cannot be used to identify individual visitors.
